We are seeking to recruit 2 part time, highly skilled trainers to join our dedicated Supported and Inclusive Learning team. There is the possibility to discuss preferred hours at interview.
We are passionate about ensuring that young people and adults with complex needs develop the skills and confidence for increasingly independent lives and work and are looking for a trainer who shares this motivation.
You will need to have specialist knowledge and understanding of educational provision for people with learning difficulties / disabilities and will be fully committed to inclusive practice. You will have the skills and experience to deliver personalised learning programmes including embedded English and maths, social skills and personal development. Skills and experience in the effective implementation of RARPA are essential.

The successful candidate will hold:
Level 2 English and Maths or the equivalent (e.g. GCSE grade C or above, GCSE grade 4 or above)
Level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant area
