About the role
Our client, a highly respected care provider, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Home Manager to lead their specialist residential home for adults with complex needs.

Our client has a strong infrastructure in place - with dedicated in-house HR, Finance, and Therapeutic Teams (including a Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Psychologists, and a PBM Specialist Trainer) - ensuring you have the resources and expertise needed to excel.
What you\'ll bring
* Demonstrate a minimum of three years\' experience as a Registered Manager.
* Show a proven track record supporting adults with complex needs.
* Lead, develop, and motivate a skilled staff team.
* Communicate effectively and adapt to varying situations with professionalism and care.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of current legislation and CQC requirements.
* Commit to ongoing professional development.
