We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our Christchurch team and be part of our wider NZ business services team.

About the Role

The Office Manager will support our Christchurch and Queenstown teams and the wider New Zealand business across various duties including:

* Providing administrative support to the Christchurch Leadership Team
* Managing office operations and procedures, including procurement and liaising with suppliers/contractors
* Greeting and welcoming visitors, providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting with accounts receivable, credit card reconciliations, IT, and workplace H&S
* Organising induction and training for new staff on TSA processes and procedures
* Organising client and staff functions and team activities


About You

You will have proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within a professional consultancy environment. You should demonstrate:

* Professional presentation, reliability, confidence, and positive behaviour
* A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work independently and in teams
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent time management, organisational, and multi-tasking abilities, including working to deadlines
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
* The ability to quickly learn new software and become a "TSA super user"
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Experience with CRM systems is an advantage but not essential
