Are you a Field Service Manager looking to join a well-established, rapidly growing company who will provide you with industry leading product training alongside long-term career progression.
On offer is this highly autonomous role, where you will oversee a team of field engineers and play a key role in growing the department.
These global leaders are continuing to dominate their industry, specialising in high-end equipment. Due to continuous growth, they have a rare and exciting opportunity to join them in a period of expansion.
You will lead and support a team of 18 Field Service Engineers, overseeing day to day activities, support with quality, safety and productivity. This role will be based out of the head office and will include travel to customer sites.
This would suit a Field / Service Manager or Supervisor from a technical background, looking to step into a Senior position with a rapidly growing, global company who will fully invest in your career.

The Role:
Manage and oversee a team of 18 Service Engineers
Ensure compliance, quality, safety of activities.
Office based, with regular travel to sites across the UK.
The Person:
Management/ Supervisor experience
Engineering background (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Full UK Driving license & Commutable to Rushden
