Vending Engineer – Field Service
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000, with company vehicle & overtime
Hours: Full-time, permanent
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Vending Engineer to join a well-established team providing first-class service and maintenance support across a wide range of vending equipment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their machines are operating at peak performance and that service levels remain industry-leading.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of vending machines at client sites.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software faults efficiently.
*
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive service calls.
*
Ensure all work is completed to health and safety and company quality standards.
*
Provide excellent customer service, acting as the face of the business on-site.
*
Complete accurate service reports and communicate effectively with the service team.
About You
*
Proven experience in vending equipment engineering.
*
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
*
Confident working independently with good time management.
*
Full UK driving licence required.
*
Flexible, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
*
Previous field service or route engineering experience.
