Business Analyst / Product Owner
Location: Glasgow (hybrid working)

Business Analyst/Product Owner
to bridge business needs with technical capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex requirements into actionable plans and guiding product development from conception to launch and beyond.
What you'll do
* Engage with stakeholders across departments to identify, document and prioritise business needs
* Act as product owner: develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
* Define and communicate a product vision and roadmap in line with organisational strategy and market trends
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of product features, working closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, marketing)
* Analyse data to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Champion the voice of the customer by conducting user research and integrating feedback into solutions
* Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives, process reviews and best practices in business analysis and product ownership
What we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field (Master's a plus)
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar role
* Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence and BI platforms (SQL experience is a plus)
* Experience developing product roadmaps and managing backlogs
