The Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the identification, development, and adoption of AI-driven solutions across Outcomes First Group, supporting both education and central services.
As the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology partners, you will ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives, deliver measurable value, and are implemented responsibly in line with safeguarding, data governance, and ethical AI principles.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess business processes and identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, or reduce costs.
* Develop, own, and maintain an AI adoption roadmap across all areas of the Group.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritise requirements for AI use cases.
* Translate educational and business needs into clear technical and functional specifications for AI solutions.
* Define KPIs and success measures for AI initiatives and ensure performance is monitored and reported.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, safeguarding, and ethical AI standards.
* Manage relationships with third-party AI solution providers and technology partners.
* Lead AI implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
* Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and assess their relevance and value to Outcomes First Group.
Experience & Skills
Essential:
* Strong understanding of AI technologies and product management principles.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, technology strategy, or a related role.
* Proven experience delivering AI technology rollouts and driving adoption in an enterprise or education environment.
* Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects and external vendors.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Good knowledge of UK GDPR, safeguarding requirements, data governance, and AI ethics.
Technical:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services, including Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and associated data, security, and governance controls.
