This role offers a 12-month fixed contract. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Workforce Optimisation Project Support Officer to support various projects within the Optimisation Team. Key responsibilities include administrative duties, diary management, designing booklets, posters, and promotional materials, organizing events from planning to delivery and feedback, and interfacing with Executives and Senior Managers. Experience in Workforce Optimisation, working within a large complex NHS organization, attention to detail, event organization, and understanding of Prince 2 (e.g., Foundation in Project Management) are essential.
The Project Support Officer will assist staff in achieving programme outcomes by providing high-level project and administrative support. The role will be the first point of contact for many staff, offering support, training, and guidance.

Welsh language skills are desirable; applications in Welsh or English are equally welcome.
