Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work within an OFSTED rated ‘good’ Primary school in Malvern, to join their team on a long-term basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will have experience of supporting classes within the Early Years. You will have a secure understanding of the EYFS, and proven success of acting as a ‘play partner’ to extend children’s learning. The school are seeking a passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant who appreciates the importance of learning through play. Previous experience of using ‘Tapestry’ or similar software to record children’s observations would be of an advantage, though this is not essential as full training will be provided. You will be working as a Teaching Assistant within the school Nursery, and must be comfortable in supporting young children with personal care. We are looking for a passionate and committed Early Years Teaching Assistant for an immediate start on a full-time basis. This is a long-term position to cover maternity leave, and will provisionally continue until the end of the academic year.
