Overview
Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Plympton, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for an Early Years Practitioner with Level 2 or 3 in Early Years to join our team. You’ll be working hard to care for, support, share a story or two, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.
This is a part time position. Monday to Friday 11am - 3pm.

What Will You Be Doing
* Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
* Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
* Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
* Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
* Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
* Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
* Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
* Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
