Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing the day to day Cornerstone Project governance process within the PMO for all Internal Projects.
2. To review and assess the Project Governance Process with the aim of seeking efficiencies and continuous improvement.
3. Leading Project Managers and Business Owners through the Cornerstone Project Working governance from the initial idea through to the final Project Delivery.
4. Working with the PMO Manager with the gathering of Project delivery status and the definition and management of the Change Plan.This will include the production of the Monthly Change Plan Report.
