Pastoral Manager – SEMH Provision – Full-Time, Temporary – B33 9QY, Birmingham Salary: £90–£100 per day The School and Role ABC Teachers are recruiting for a strong and resilient Pastoral Manager to work at a specialist SEMH provision in B33 9QY, Birmingham. The school supports primary-aged boys, alongside a KS3 provision, who present with social, emotional, and mental health needs and can display highly challenging behaviours. This is a key role within the school, focused on behaviour support, emotional wellbeing, and engagement. You will work closely with pupils who require consistent boundaries and positive role models, supporting them to regulate emotions, improve behaviour, and re-engage with education. The role involves working both in and out of the classroom, leading interventions, managing behaviour incidents, and building strong, trusting relationships with pupils. The ideal candidate will come from a background in pastoral care, youth work, behaviour support, residential care, or similar, and will be confident working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
