Recovery Coordinator
Recovery Coordinators work to identify and prevent those who are identified as being ultra high risk of emerging with psychosis within the At Risk Mental State (ARMS) team. The role combines specialist assessments to identify those at ultra high risk with delivering evidence-based psychosocial interventions in a primary care setting to prevent or delay the emergence of psychosis. The service focuses on a predominantly youth population aged 14‑35, engaging them and their families in a pathway that can extend up to 3 years.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the care of high‑level ARMS clients within the ARMS Service.
* Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care in line with NICE guidelines and National EI Access and waiting‑time standards.
* Manage risk and collaborate with team colleagues to support service users.
* Contribute to the ARMS Service mission by empowering individuals and their families to achieve their goals and aspirations.
