What Youll Be Doing
* Leading and managing a team ofsurveyors, overseeing the assessment and delivery of repairs.
* Handlingcomplex and high-priority repairs, includingdamp & mould issuesanddisrepair claims, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
* Providing expert advice and guidance throughout the repair process, from initial reports to final resolution.
* Supporting your teams development through mentoring and performance reviews, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
* Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and legal teams to resolve claims and building defects.
What Were Looking For
* Ideally RICS Chartered Surveyor(or equivalent) withextensive experienceinresponsive repairsandbuilding pathology.
* Proven leadership and team management experience youll be leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
* A comprehensive understanding ofdamp & mouldissues,disrepair claims, andbuilding defects.
* The ability to handle challenging cases and provide expert solutions.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with both customers, inhouse delivery team and contractors.
* Experience usingCRM, Housing Management and Contractor (desirable).
