DUTIES
As Head Chef you will lead a team of 6 chefs producing dishes of AA Rosette standard from the TDH and A La Carte menus. With a 60 cover restaurant, small function room for 40 and wedding functions in a marquee catering for up to 100 covers you will manage your team and further train your team as necessary. You will be responsible for all aspects of running the kitchen to include but not limited to writing menus, purchasing, health and hygiene, staff management, rotas etc.
