The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, a well-established Facilities Management provider based in the City, we are recruiting for a Junior Contract Support to join their growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the FM industry, working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to contract managers
* Assisting with the preparation of reports, documentation, and client packs
* Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices
* Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
* Supporting compliance, H&S, and contract documentation
* Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholders
* Handling general office administration and ad-hoc support duties
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous administrative experience (FM or property sector desirable but not essential)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Eager to learn and develop within the Facilities Management sector
* Ability to work effectively in a busy, office-based environment
