We’re looking for a Strategy and Engagement Manager to lead transformative change at a pivotal time for our service, our partners, and our communities.

What you’ll lead on:
* Developing a new Waste Strategy for Derbyshire in preparation for Local Government Reorganisation
* Driving collaborative partnerships across local, regional and national systems
* Leading major programmes including food waste collections and consistent recycling
* Empowering teams, partners and communities through effective engagement
* Using insight and data to shape policy and deliver meaningful change
