Organisational Development Partner £37,000 benefits | Bath | 3 days office, 2 days home Full Time | Permanent | 37 hours per week Your Skills. Our Foundation. Exceptional Experiences. This isn't about ticking compliance boxes. You'll be designing onboarding experiences that welcome new colleagues into our purpose-driven culture and building learning programmes that equip everyone with the skills they need to thrive. Working alongside our OD Leads, you'll own the crucial building blocks of our learning organisation - from the moment someone joins us to the ongoing development that keeps us all growing. What you'll be doing You'll be the specialist who ensures every colleague has an exceptional learning experience from day one and beyond. Onboarding Excellence Creating high-quality onboarding experiences that welcome new colleagues into our inclusive, purpose-driven culture Designing manager onboarding that equips leaders with the tools and confidence to lead high-performing teams Building bite-sized learning sessions that help colleagues understand different areas of Curo and build connections Learning & Compliance Developing engaging digital learning tools that exceed compliance requirements Optimising our Learning Management System, creating pathways and maintaining content that drives real impact Building a robust compliance toolkit that creates a culture of safety and continuous learning Designing learning materials that reflect our inclusive values and meet diverse colleague needs Culture & Engagement Ensuring onboarding connects to our customer experience programme and drives colleague engagement Creating meaningful learning experiences that improve inclusive practice and belonging Building recognition into learning journeys that celebrate growth and key milestones What you'll get in return Beyond your salary and the opportunity to shape how we learn and grow, you'll get: 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years Your birthday off as an extra holiday Up to 10% matched pension contribution Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home) Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your wellbeing More about you We're looking for someone who's passionate about creating learning experiences that make a real difference. You understand that great onboarding and compliance training can transform how people feel about their work and their organisation. Essential: Level 5 qualification in Learning & Development or equivalent level of experience CIPD membership or equivalent level of experience Qualified coach at Level 5 or equivalent level of coaching experience Experience designing and delivering onboarding or compliance training in a values-led environment Skills in digital learning design and Learning Management System platforms Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities Passion for creating inclusive learning experiences About Curo We're a leading South West housing association with social purpose at our heart.
