As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the bar from the ground up setting up, staffing, training, and running the operation day to day. You'll be the face of Rotate's hospitality offering, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and every team member is set up to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full setup and launch of the bar, including layout, equipment, systems and stock
Recruit, onboard and build a high-performing bar team
Train and develop your team to deliver consistently excellent service
Manage day-to-day bar operations, including scheduling, ordering and stock management
Ensure compliance with all sponsor guidelines and brand standards
Hold and maintain the Premises Licence, acting as the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS)
Take full responsibility for health and safety across bar operations
Oversee all licensing requirements and ensure the venue operates within the law at all times
Must Haves
Minimum 2 years' management experience in a bar, restaurant or hospitality venue
Personal Licence (DPS qualification)
