Job Title: 7.5t (C1) Weekend Driver
Location: Swindon
Salary: £16.39ph to £25.69ph
Pertemps are working in partnership with the Royal Mail, the UK's designated Universal Postal Service Provider, to recruit HGV 7.5t drivers to work out of their Mail Centre based in Swindon. We are looking for experienced drivers to support the operation on the busiest days (Fri-Mon). If you can do 1 shift or 4 shifts we would love to hear from you!
As a 7.5T driver you will be delivering and collecting mail and parcels from Royal Mail mail centres, operating from well-organised depots, using clean, well-maintained vehicles.

Requirements to be considered
* Have a valid 7.5t licence and held for a minimum of 2 years with 180 days driving with tachograph card due to insurance purposes
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card are essential
* No more than 5 penalty points on licence for minor endorsements (No DD/DR/IN/CD or TT endorsements are accepted)
* Excellent geographical knowledge and a professional attitude
* Excellent knowledge of WTD and driver hours
* Fully comfortable completing manual entries on your digital Tachograph card
* Due to the nature of our client's business, you will be required to clear a DBS security check following the point of registration
* Successful completion of site assessment and induction will be required before first shift
