We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the team at Bamboleo
The role
The role of Sous Chef involves working closely with the Head Chef to oversee the entire kitchen operation. You will supervise your team and coordinate the delivery of high‑quality food in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen environment. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own skills and share knowledge with your colleagues.
As a Sous Chef, you will:
* Control and oversee the seasoning, portioning and appearance of the food served
* Demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen and front of house
* Have excellent communication and the ability to lead and work well with others
* Have a good knowledge and understanding of modern food preparation techniques and food safety
* Be committed to delivering first‑class service
* Maintain a positive attitude and ability to multitask
* Possess good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
