Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building.
2. Plumbing tasks: Unblocking toilets, replacing washers, and fixing taps & leaks, unblock sinks and descale shower heads.
3. Assist with re-decorating rooms: painting, Decorating, Mastic, Grouting, Siliconing.
4. General carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
5. Move furniture and perform masticking as needed.
6. Report any issues.
7. Ad hoc general maintenance roles as required.
Skills & Attributes:
8. Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a Resi/domestic setting.
9. Experience in a trade i.e. plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work, tiling, masticking.
10. Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
11. Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
12. Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
