A specialist secondary provision is seeking a committed and adaptable Teacher to support pupils aged 11 to 18 with a range of special educational needs, including autism, moderate learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health challenges.

The Role
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of learners.
The curriculum is flexible and designed to support both academic progress and life skills, allowing pupils to achieve meaningful outcomes.
You will also play a key role in supporting behaviour, promoting emotional wellbeing and contributing to a positive learning culture.
Key Responsibilities

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience or strong interest in SEN education
* Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
* Resilient, patient and flexible approach
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Commitment to inclusive teaching and continuous development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
