Working Days/Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Refuse Loader to join a busy waste management team in Coventry (CV3). This role involves working as part of a crew to collect household and commercial waste and recycling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently load refuse and recycling onto collection vehicles
* Follow health and safety protocols at all times
* Assist the driver with navigation and reversing as required
* Interact with the public in a professional manner
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:
* Punctuality and good attendance record
* Good level of physical fitness heavy lifting involved
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Previous experience in waste collection is desirable but not essential
