Requirements:
* Local resident or own transport preferred
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Ability to oversee shifts, manage staff, conduct medication procedures, care assessments, and ensure compliance with standards

Responsibilities:
* Ensure residents receive top-notch care
* Collaborate closely with the Deputy Manager
* Lead and support the care team
