Location: Working on site in Hertfordshire
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, DOE

We are now seeking an Insurance Sales Executive to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building meaningful client relationships and delivering high-quality insurance advice to a diverse commercial customer base.
The Role
As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing commercial clients
* Build strong, consultative relationships through regular face-to-face meetings
* Understand client business needs and provide tailored insurance recommendations
* Assess risks, negotiate policies, and deliver confident product guidance
* Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to maintain excellent service standards
* Work towards agreed business targets while upholding a customer-first approach
This is a fully on-site role, involving frequent local client visits and active engagement with the community.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in commercial insurance, risk management, or related fields
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* A proactive approach to sales, negotiation, and achieving business targets
* Excellent organisation and time-management abilities across multiple accounts
* Confidence using digital tools for reporting, documentation, and account management
* Awareness of insurance industry trends and the ability to adapt client solutions
* A relevant qualification such as Cert CII - or willingness to study towards it
* Ability to work on-site in Cheshunt and actively engage with local businesses
