The Company:
Our client is a well-established Tier 1 Main Contractor with a regional offices located all over the country. Our client has secured many years of work on a notable Midlands major projects with ongoing programmes running through to 2030!
They’re currently in the market for a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Manging Surveyor, to commercially and contractually manage M&E packages for an existing live project.

About You:
•Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £5 million.
•Previous experience as an Quantity Surveyor
•Reside within commutable distance of Oxford.
•Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor or an M&E specialist.
