The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our mobile team in the Glasgow area. In this position you will provide essential maintenance services for our clients at their sites, with a company vehicle provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out installation, repair and planned preventative maintenance of air conditioning systems.
* Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety procedures across all contracts.
* Collaborate effectively with the Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, Supervisor, Helpdesk and Engineers.
* Stay informed on industry standards and best practices to ensure systems remain compliant with current developments.
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
* Prepare and provide quotations for repairs or as requested by the client.
What We Are Looking For
* Must have City and Guilds NVQ Diploma Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning as a minimum.
* Previous experience in maintenance, repair and installation of air conditioning units, including VRF units.
* Ability to perform manual tasks including manual handling, working at height and in confined spaces as well as willingness to participate in the on‑call rota.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Self‑motivated and solution‑focused, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
