Mission description
As a Project Manager at Safran Nacelles Ltd, your role involves deploying, training, and maintaining local digital solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will ensure these solutions align with the Group's digital transformation initiatives, considering regulatory, contractual, obsolescence, productivity, cybersecurity, and operational factors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify appropriate digital levers for business needs, validating them through diagnostics, similar use cases, or business requests.
2. Collaborate with the Computerisation Manager to integrate digital levers into the site Digital Roadmap, ensuring consistency with the wider group strategy.
3. Review project plans for digital levers, ensuring resource availability and learning from previous implementations.
4. Support operational planning, including hardware installation, operator and support staff training, and documentation management.
5. Create training materials for operators and support functions.
