With strong skills in organisation and planning, you will be recognised as a key player of business management activities to achieve company goals and objectives. This is a pivotal role, shaping the future of the business, Leading high-impact workshops that will set the strategic direction or the organisation and drive the creation of actionable plans that stretch across short, medium and long term horizons. Partnering closely with teams across the business you will help craft key initiative that directly support growth and transformational goals. You will be the go-to person for tracking progress against out Mid-term Strategy, Providing clear, insightful reporting to Senior Leadership and stepping in to course-correct where needed. This role puts you at the heart of innovation as you lead cross functional project groups to design optimal operational and financial pathways for new business lines. From concept to implementation, including negotiating successful rollouts. Within this role you will also oversee the reporting, analysis and interpretation of our financial and business plan results, Providing clarity and strategic direction to the Senior Leadership Team and wider group stakeholders. You must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail with a proven ability in negotiation and analysis. You must be able to work with significant initiative, be able to self-manage and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment. Expertise in developing strategic models and plans required, along with the resilience to navigate and drive progress in volatile or uncertain business landscapes. To be considered for this role you will also require a degree or equivalent in Business Management, Strategic Management, International Business or a related field. The role offers a salary between £46,500 and £53,000 and includes generous benefits which include profit related bonus, executive medical and private health cover.
