Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at XLCR Vehicle Management. As a Sales Account Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, dealing with incoming enquiries and maintaining effective communication with clients. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
Lead Generation and Communication Skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus but not essential
Customer Services background would be an advantageous
Attractive salary package with uncapped earnings, you are only limited by your own ability and desire to earn.
