What will your day to day look like?
You will be leading a group of Engineers whose primary goal is to answer challenging vehicle performance questions by leveraging state-of-the-art tools and advanced test facilities, including the utilisation of best-in-class dynos, to deepen understanding of overall vehicle performance. An average day may look like:
* Researching both current and future vehicle programmes
* Using offline simulations, best-in-class dyno testing, and a driver-in-the-loop (DIL) simulator
* Collaborating with the team to align and action development plans
* Analysing mechanical performance trades, aerodynamics, type performance, brake performance and suspension optimisation
This role will suit you if you…
* Have extensive experience in Vehicle Dynamics or Performance Optimisation
* Have worked within a high-level motorsport or advanced automotive environment
* Are solutions focused and have a desire for continuous improvement
* Can lead a team to build confidence and drive commitment to an evolving organisation
