Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering multi-million-pound commercial or educational construction projects? If so, Our client has a fantastic opportunity for you to lead a range of newley secured schemes in Buckinghamshire
The Project:
Project Value: £90 Million
Scope: New commercial building with a multiple of phases incorporating other sections of the project.
Duration: 18 - 24 months Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager you'll play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects. You will:
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to drive project success.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
Oversee quality control and ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
Manage procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiation.
Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.How to apply
