About the Role
Were currently recruiting for an experienced MechanicalMaintenanceEngineer or Maintenance Plumber to join a leading building maintenanceprovider at a large multi-tenanted site in East Kilbride.
Youll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactivemaintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and building services equipment.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
* Work alongside electrical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.
