Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Despatch Operative to join our manufacturing team in Haverfordwest. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient and accurate despatch of products, contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Prepare and package products for despatch according to company standards. Ensure accurate labelling and documentation for all outgoing shipments. Assist in loading and unloading goods from vehicles. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; however, GCSEs in English and Mathematics are advantageous. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Good attention to detail and organisational skills. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
