Please note this is an office-based role, and experience within an industrial environment is essential.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our highly successful client in the Bingham area of Nottingham.
Pay and Benefits:
* Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00
* 33 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays)
* Private Medical cover
* On-site Gym
Responsibilities:
* Handling customer complaints and processing returns
* Managing courier claims efficiently
* Collaborating with the Logistics Manager to streamline processes
Qualifications / Experience:
* Proven customer service experience within an industrial environment
* Strong IT skills (Google Drive) and phone systems (Cisco)
* Working knowledge of CRM tools
* Ability to deal with a variety of daily issues, multitask, and prioritize work
* Continuous improvement driven with a desire to seek and implement change
