Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice to customers and act as a guide for home improvement projects.
* Manage stock, set up displays and maintain the store’s appearance.
* Achieve sales targets and promote products.
* Assist with paint‑mixing and cutting timber (training provided).
* Deliver outstanding customer service as the main aim of the role.
Qualifications
* Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about home improvement.
* Eager to learn and use new technology.
* Strong team player with flexible availability for a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
* Good communication and sales skills.
