New Homes Sales Consultant — Cambridge | Basic Salary up to £36,000 + £24,000 OTE | Exceptional Progression Opportunities

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion
* Conducting accompanied viewings of show homes and plots
* Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs
* Negotiating offers and achieving sales targets
* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate records on our CRM system
* Keeping the marketing suite immaculate and welcoming
Who We're Looking For
* Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Target-driven with a proven sales track record (new homes experience is a bonus but not essential)
* Professional presentation and approach
* Weekend availability essential (typically includes Saturdays and Sundays)
* Full UK driving licence
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
