PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST - SUPER PRIME RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with a proven track record in the super prime residential construction sector. This role requires a strategic procurement professional who can leverage their extensive industry network to source premium materials, negotiate favourable contracts, and deliver significant cost savings on high-value residential project. This role will be working directly with a highly successful, and well known, property developer in London.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement
* Lead procurement strategy for super prime residential construction projects valued at £10M+
* Source and procure luxury materials, finishes, and specialised components from domestic and international suppliers
* Maintain and develop relationships with premium suppliers, artisans, and specialist contractors
* Conduct market analysis to identify emerging suppliers and innovative materials in the luxury construction sector
Contract Management
1. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and specialist trades
