The company currently has a position for a press brake operator to work in flat sheet components division of the factory production line. Experience is necessary for this position, including the ability to understand, read and write CNC programs. Overtime will quite often be required during busy periods and the position will also involve heavy-lifting. Punctuality and good attendance is absolutely essential for this position as the company has critical delivery deadlines to meet. The correct applicant would also need to have a positive attitude and good work ethic.
The position comes with the following benefits:
·Overtime is available every week and paid at a time and a half rate.
·A £300 attendance bonus is paid monthly if the standard hours are all worked. To clarify this is a bonus for simply starting on time and coming to your work; attendance is that important to the company.
