Qualifications
* Undergraduate Degree in Nursing
* Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice, with Digital Badge/RCN Credentials (or willingness to work towards)
* Postgraduate Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice
* Clinical supervision training and experience
* Current NMC Registration (inc. Independent Non-Medical Prescriber)
* Community nursing specialist qualification
* Urgent Care
* Long Term Conditions
Experience
* Relevant clinical experience post-registration
* Recent secondary care, primary care or community experience
* Management of minor illness, minor ailments and injuries
* Clinical triage
* Compiling procedures and clinical guidelines
* Leadership in quality initiatives, such as clinical benchmarking
* Leading a team
* Audit and research
* Project management
* Working with community development initiatives
* Health needs assessment

* Clinical leadership skills
