Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to Year 4 pupils.
* Lead and develop a subject area, contributing to curriculum enhancement.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively.
* Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages learning and good behaviour.
* Work collaboratively with staff and contribute positively to the school community.
* Promote the safety, wellbeing, and development of all pupils.
You will have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4
* the demonstrable ability to lead a subject area within a primary school setting
* strong classroom management skills with a focus on kindness and inclusivity
* approachable, kind, and welcoming to pupils, parents, and colleagues
* passion for leading and innovating within your subject area
* commitment to professional development and contributing to the wider life of the school
* the ability to inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their best.
