We are seeking to recruit a Children and Youth Mission Worker who will:
* Be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating spiritual children & youth programmes, including developing school ministry and outreach activities with the local community to fulfill the aims of the Mission Development Plan.
* Plan, design, implement, and evaluate spiritual children & youth programmes/activities/initiatives to support the successful delivery of the mission.
* Develop and lead worship in the spiritual youth programme, and where appropriate, provide chaplaincy, mentoring, and pastoral care visits to support young people.
* Develop effective working partnerships with internal mission development teams to ensure programmes are aligned with organisational and best practice principles.
* Establish links with the community, schools, colleges, and relevant external agencies to maximize programme delivery to the community.
