Early Years Practitioner (Unqualified, Level 2 or Level 3)

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is searching for passionate and empathetic Early Years Practitioners to join a welcoming nursery in Bath. You will be working with children aged 0-5, creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. Your Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to):
* Facilitating engaging and age-appropriate activities
* Supporting children’s play, learning, and emotional development
* Assisting with daily routines, mealtimes, and personal care
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families
* Working as part of a team to maintain a safe, caring environment
* Contributing to observations, assessments, and planning (L2/3)
What We are Looking For:
* A positive, caring person who has a strong desire to work with children.
* Formal or informal childcare experience, for example nursery roles, nannying or Au Pair work, after‑school or youth clubs, or supporting the care of younger siblings or relatives.
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare is desirable but not essential.
* Reliability, good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
