We are a small specialist team, but part of the wider Corporate Recruitment Team in People Services. About you We are looking for someone with good organisation'prioritisation and administration skills, who can deliver a high level of customer service to managers and candidates. You will have the confidence and communication skills necessary to give advice to senior managers and deal with complex enquiries in relation to recruitment procedures and regulations. You will enjoy working closely with your colleagues but will take ownership of your work and be capable of working independently and without too much direction. We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday but we can offer flexibility around our core service-delivery hours, and a hybrid working model with some home-based days. The ideal candidate will have:experience and knowledge of recruitment within the context of children’s social careknowledge of safer recruitment practicean understanding of the challenges of social care recruitmentexperience of fast-paced recruitment processescompetence in Word, Excel and Outlookexperience with online recruiting systems How to apply For an informal chat about this role, please contact Cat Dry at catriona.dry@gloucestershire.gov.uk.
