Annual Salary: £33,762 to £44,027

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team. This role involves teaching students of varying abilities, from Level 1 to Level Health and Social Care, and working closely with the Curriculum Manager to expand and develop the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to every student.
Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver engaging and inclusive Health and Social Care lessons to students across various levels.
Collaborate with the Curriculum Manager on the expansion and development of the department.
Use your industry experience to inspire the next generation of skilled experts, supporting students from diverse backgrounds to achieve their career and life ambitions.
Play a key role in promoting the courses across the Health and Social Care curriculum area, participating in marketing events and sharing your experiences as a Health and Social Care specialist.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience in Health and Social Care.
Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups in an engaging way.
Efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
