The role
Paint Sprayer required for a busy Accident Repair Centre in Glasgow. This is a hands-on role providing high-quality preparation and spraying work within a fast-paced accident repair environment, with access to training and development from the start of employment. The position offers a basic salary of up to £38,000, with an OTE of approximately £44,000 (dependent on experience).

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:00, Friday 07:00-15:30Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
Carry out a variety of repairs including part and full vehicle re-sprays
Repair full and part panels and complete small paint repairs when required
Work to an efficiency target and adapt to business needs
Adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs
Maintain quality standards across accident repair workRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within accident repair
NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (preferably)
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
Customer-focused approach to work
