This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a respected practice, assisting with a broad range of Commercial and Residential Property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* As a Property Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the property department, including:
* Providing efficient administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
* Preparing correspondence, legal documents, and property forms with precision and accuracy
* Managing diaries, meetings, and client communications
* Handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries with professionalism
* Liaising with clients and third parties in a friendly, approachable manner
* Maintaining and updating case management systems and legal files
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Property law
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent IT knowledge, including MS Office and case management systems
* A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
