Monday to Thursday: 8am – 4.30pm / Friday: 8am -2pm

Our client are looking for a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude to join their Accounts department. You will be supporting in a range of duties inclusive of accounts, purchase ledger, and administration.
Duties:
1. Accounts administration
2. Invoice processing
3. General administration
4. Processing purchase orders
5. Data entry
6. Posting to ledgers
7. Purchase ledger
8. Accounts payable
9. Answering inbound calls
10. Directing calls to the correct member of staff
11. VAT returns
12. Dealing with invoice queries
Experience required:
13. Accounts experience
14. SAP preferred but not essential
15. AAT preferred but not essential
