About the Team and Role
The Enforcement Agent Support team are responsible for co ordinating and managing frontline support for our field agents. Collectively the team provides dynamic, real time, technical advice and support to enable Enforcement Agents to successfully execute enforcement services.
Job Details
Pay: £36,000 p/a
Full time 40 hours, working weekend shifts as required by the business up to a maximum of two weekends per calendar month

What you’ll do:
Provide first line technical advice and welfare support by fielding incoming telephone calls from Enforcement Agents to ensure actions meet the Enforcement regulations, Company policies, procedures, and are carried out in line with client requirements.
Must be able to work flexible shift patterns to help cover the office opening hours, including working late or early shifts in the week - these will be from home

Skills and competencies we are looking for
* Proven experience of working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where collaboration, teamwork and support are an integral part of the job.
* Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work at pace.
* Comfortable with working autonomously, problem solving with the ability to act with urgency, making logical decisions and owning these.
* Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical content in a clear and concise manner.
* Build and maintain strong relationships, rapport and teamwork.
* Positive attitude: self-motivated to deliver positive outcomes with the drive to continuously improve results
* Ideally have technical knowledge and understanding of enforcement activities and regulations, holding or have previously held an Enforcement Agent Certificate
